The community centre’s lift is, on the whole, very reliable. The last time it broke down was over three years ago. Four pregnant women were stuck between floors for several hours before the engineer came. To our surprise, rather than finding the incident stressful or traumatic, they emerged laughing. One of the women had found a bottle of water and a packet of sweets in her purse which she had shared with the others as they waited to be rescued. The sweets were Jelly Babies, which they all found very amusing. Any other variety, they said, and things might not have turned out so amicably.
One day coffee machines in lifts will come as standard
Also i think sandwich machine and cigarette (google it) machines and chemical toilet facility
Every lift should have all you need to sustain life, for years if necessary, in case of emergency
